Finding and choosing the right business partner or employing a capable employee can be challenging. Many corporate companies use questionnaire such as CliftonStrengths finder, Myers-Briggs Type indicator, etc to determine the suitability of a candidate for a job function. Chinese profiling serves as an interesting and easier method to determine the potential of the candidate. You can use this chinese profiling method not only for work, you can also use it for your personal life as well!

A simple method is to look at the ten profiles. If you need someone who is able to execute your plan well in the company, choose someone has a warrior or a director profile. If you need someone who is creative at work, choose someone who is artist. Isn’t that easy?

We may also need to look at quality of the elements in the chart. Is the potential business partner someone with substance? For example, if IW (indirect wealth) only appears on the stem, and not on the branch, the IW is not rooted. This implies that this person seems to be able to give business ideas on the surface, in the long run, he may not be able to give quality ideas for long.

Let's have some fun now by looking at how to use chinese profiling at a personal level. In today’s world whereby dating applications such as Tinder or OkCupid become increasingly popular with many people around the world, how do we ascertain people who are not of face value. How can we be sure that the people we meet online are not scams? Here’s my story to share:

I joined a social platform whereby activities were organised for the members. Within a few days, instead of having to join any activities, some members started to contact me via the messaging system. One of the profile caught my attention. Since I am single, I decided to get in touch with this person. After a few chats, he asked for my number. He showed me his photographs and here's his birthdate:

There are several 7K (seven killings) in the chart. This is definitely a person who doesn’t follow procedures or abide by the rules. There is a possible indication that he may not be doing things that are legal as there is no EG (eating god) to control his possible ill intentions. The DR (direct resource) can possibly curb the 7K. However, with both IR and DR together would indicate a confused state. With DE (death and empties), the DR is not of quality and does not really curb the 7K.

With much suspicion, I googled his name and lo and behold! His name was found to be fake and he has impersonated another person in many scam cases! His impersonation was confirmed when I contacted the actual person.

Conclusion

We need many other information to form a complete pictures. Other than using the chinese profiling system, we need to rely also on facts like his credentials. Chinese profiling system gives you a quick and possible insights of a person. You need to triangulate and confirm using other sources as well to determine the suitability of your partner.
