Based on the oxford dictionary, nobleman means a man who belongs by rank, title, or birth to the aristocracy. He is usually someone of higher status. What does nobleman in chinese metaphysics means?
It means someone who can help you and in this case, someone who can help you at work. How can one find his or her nobleman? Before I proceed on, I need you to know that your nobleman may not be a person who is kind to you and he or she can even be your enemy. But your nobleman will be this PERSON who can help you to become better. Hence, I met my nobleman is someone who had caused so much pain in my life. And yet, he has impacted me so much that I have really learnt a lot from him. We will have such a person in our life somehow, isn’t it?

How can we find the nobleman in our work life? First of all, you need to again make use of your own date of birth and key in the details using the calculator as shared in my previous post, and find your nobleman/nobleman star.

Please do not worry about the colour of the charts and the different information presented in the different charts which I am going to show you. Focus is the key and we will just focus on finding your nobleman.
Here is a sample chart. There is a nobleman in his chart - this means that he will receive help. If the nobleman appears in the year pillar, his help can come from his peers in the social circle. If the nobleman appears in the month pillar, this means that your superior will be the one who can help you and so on. In this sample chart below, it shows that the person receives help from both his peer(s) and his superior(s).

To sum it up:
Year pillar - friends in social circle
Month pillar - superior or someone of higher rank than you or your parents
Day pillar - your spouse
Hour pillar - your subordinates or children
What kind of help you can receive from your nobleman depends on the situation. For example, you may receive help from your peers to receive information pertaining to the industry (year pillar) or getting useful contacts from your social circle. Your superior maybe your nobleman by giving you advices for you to grow in terms of your career (month pillar).
What happens if you do not have nobleman in your chart? Do you resign to fate and just let it be and not take any action? The answer is of course NOT! Go out actively to look for people who have the nobleman stars. This applies to finding the right business partner whom you can work with. Does your partner have the nobleman star which you need? For example, if the partner whom you are looking have your nobleman star in his year pillar, that would mean that he is able to bring useful contacts to you.
Here is another sample. This person does not have any nobleman in his chart. The nobleman star appears in his luck cycle (i.e. his life journey) a the age from 69 to 78.

So should he be passive and wait for his nobleman to appear? Of course not! Actively look for your nobleman from your friends, siblings, spouse or even colleagues. Another way is to activate the nobleman star in Feng Shui which I will not discuss here.
