Let me just share my personal story. I started my family and became a single parent at a young age. It was a joy for me to having children and seeing them grow up. I decided to be an educator then as I wanted to be on the same learning journey with them. We were in the same school, had lunches together and I even had the privilege to teach subjects like Art & Craft to them, in the same classes. Being a young mother also means that I do not look my age (as a parent). There would be many curious questions "thrown" at me whenever I took my children out. There was once when I was being treated very badly at polyclinic as the nurse thought that I was an unwed/single/troubled young mother. The feeling of being judged did not sit well with me.
Even as a financial consultant now, I am sometimes being judged for trying to "take their money away and make earnings from it", what I want to do is help the people around me in this financial arena.
There are five things that judgement do (article): 1) hurting others
2) you feel bad yourself judging others
3) perpetual stereotypes
4) putting negativity into the world
5) you are judging your own self too
Let us stop judging people so as to achieve inner peace ourselves. Do not be too hard on yourself and others. Judging a person does not define who they are, it defines who you are (article).
When you judge nothing that occurs to you, you can create anything, anytime, anywhere. Just do your thing.
