#standwithyouSG - Bringing Communities Together To Say “Thank You”

At the start of 2020, #standwithyouSG has contributed to appreciate the frontline workers due to COVID19.

Now that the situation in Singapore is currently under control, we would like shift our support to other groups that need support and are pleased to identify Children's Wishing Well group.

Children's Wishing Well is a non-profit organisation and registered charity which was founded in 2002. They provide a broad range of services for children and youth from low-income families nationwide. Their services support their current educational and daily living needs, and equip them with skills for their future, so as to build a strong foundation for them to contribute as useful members of society.

We are pleased to announce that the target of $8,888 has reached in 8 days with the support of many kind souls.  Thank you all for your contribution - be it financially or simply to say thanks to the front liners!

As COVID-19 is affecting more and more people globally, we would like everyone to take a pause and look around you.

Ever since the start of this crisis, there are several groups of people being tasked to work round the clock, run in many shifts, sacrificing family time, some even risking their lives while fighting hard to keep Singapore safe and sound. They are our unsung heroes in various industries such as health care, operational, transport and logistics, volunteer and public servant. Let us thank them for braving the challenges now and the coming months ahead.

Everyone has a part to play, together, we can make a difference.

#standwithyouSG - Bringing Communities Together To Say “Thank You”

Seeing the recent COVID-19 virus affecting Singapore and our national interest, #standwithyouSG team decided to step up and initiated a movement to show gratitude towards those who are keeping Singapore safe.

#standwithyouSG would like to invite YOU to be in #standwithyouSG movement to show our appreciation to the unsung heroes in the four main groups:

● Health care (hospital, clinic, etc)

● Operational (cleaning, security, Screening, etc)

● Transport & Logistics (aviation, maritime, ambulance, taxi, bus, pte hire, etc)

● Volunteers and public servant involved (National servicemen, teacher, etc)

The main purpose of this initiative is to bring the community together to show gratitude towards people who are fighting against the spread of COVID-19. In difficult times like this, it is important for Singaporeans and residents to be united and fight together as One.

We tend to be passive in expressing our feelings towards our fellow Singaporeans, especially for words of appreciation.  For this health emergency (COVID-19), it is important to show care towards those who are affected by the virus and to show gratitude towards one another.

Being grateful is important in life.  To show gratefulness towards others is the key to #standwithyouSG movement.  Let’s be united to show our thanks to these four groups of fighters!

Come visit our booth to create a short video snippet to thank the unsung heroes!

To thank your effort in stepping forward and be part of the movement, a token of appreciation *(voucher/hand sanitizer/mask) will be given out to you. We are also donating the items to disadvantaged group.  If you do not need the item(s), do return it to us so that we can give more to them.

*while stock is available.
