How do you feel when the announcement of extended circuit breaker (to 1st June) was announced on Tuesday, 21 April 2020? There were different reactions - some extremely funny with their instagram/facebook or whatsapp posts (have you seen the crash landing on you post about bubble tea?). Many of us are still busy at home - Some are trying to juggle both work and children at the same time. Some are working abnormally long hours online to get everything on track despite all the disruption. And there are some who are worried about their next pay check. Regardless of the stage that you are in, we need to adapt and embrace this new norm now.
How can we rise up to the challenge and embrace the new changes? Self-care and self-love is important in this trying period - continue to keep your energy high and do things that make a difference to you, be it making a simple meal to your love ones or doing exercises. Do look at http://bit.ly/livelifewithcovid for the different things that you can do to keep your energy high!
I would like to end off my post with this - let's have faith, believe in yourself and with this faith gives you patience. Transform yourself to the new norm and to come back strong on 1st June! It will take time. Be like the chinese bamboo tree and be back when you are ready!
