Have you tried playing different sports? I've tried rollerblading. The first thing the instructors taught us was to learn how to fall forward. To fall forward can actually prevent us from having severe injuries. How does it make you feel? Do you remember learning to ride a bicycle, taking the risk to pedal and then falling down the first few times?

This goes the same for life - sometimes we are too much in our comfort zone that we do not dare to take risk anymore. To learn a new skill may mean to make so many mistakes till we finally learn (the hard way). If we do not take risk, it may mean that we may settle for less in life than what you are capable of doing.

When you take risk, do you make sure that there's something for you to fall back on? When we fall backwards, it may mean that we may not be able to move forward cos we may be falling into our old mindset, old habits and old thinking. Moving forward may mean that we need to think out of the box. For example, if you are given 9 dots, how do you use 4 lines to connect all the dots together? Try it out before you look at the answer :).

If I am going to fall, I want to fall forward, see what I am going hit. Do what you feel passionate about and take chances. Do you have the guts to fail? If you don't fail, you are not even trying. For a start, do something that you have never done before - cooking, singing or have a go kart experience and learn to fail anyway. :)
