Goals

For my readers who are wondering why I have been writing phrase shown below: #exogyst one personal change for 30 days Day x/30 - pictorial/video representation of my daily thoughts.

This is a personal challenge which my work place has given us. We choose our own challenge and stick to the routine to have positive personal changes. Hence I decided to increase the my postings for others to understand me just a little more. It is not an easy task as I need to constantly reflect and find time to reflect meaningfully despite my busy schedule. One thing which I really need to learn is to be more efficient and effective in doing things.

So here I am writing this post. My goal - to be able to self-reflect and share my reflection for others to benefit and learn from it as well. I need to remind myself that no matter how tired I am, I will write this post as "Goals are dreams with a deadline".

This quotation was written by Napoleon Hill, who was an American author. His best selling work, Think and Grow Rich (1937) examined the power of personal beliefs. He believes that "What the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve". So here I am, believing that what I wrote will touch some people's hearts and they will benefit from my sharing. And I will continue to share beyond the 30 days' challenge.

Our mind is really powerful, so believe in yourself and you will achieve!
