Scientific fact shows that long term stress can lead to illnesses. While some stress is good to keep you on track, too much stress may actually kill you, here's a video by Dr Joe Dispenza on how stress is killing you
How you think and how you feel become part of your identity. Eventually such emotions will lead to residential chemicals which will lead to illnesses. Here is a picture on how different emotions can affect the different parts of your body.

Prevention first, follow by detection and treatment. So, instead of buying expensive insurance plans to ensure you get adequate coverage any possible health issues, let's not to forget to focus on prevention as well.
Through my course of work, I got to know that stress, for example, can be managed. We will need to identify the cause of stress and the symptoms of stress first. First of all, we can manage our stress by loving ourselves first - by looking after our own body. Make sure we eat well, sleep well and exercise well.
