I made choices to be mindful.
I will be mindful in everything I do. I tend to multi-task and focus on several things at one go, in the name of efficiency. Colleagues and friends share that I am always full of energy. However, sometimes I feel tired physically and mentally and I wish that I can have more energy to complete all the tasks at hand. I need to learn to be mindful and be PRESENT.
Being mindful can then allow me to make great choices as I am fully aware of the choices that I have made. How to be mindful?
These are some key points from this article, https://mrsmindfulness.com/11-ways-to-bring-more-mindfulness-into-your-life-today/

Focus my attention on my breathing, take deep breath and learn to inhale and exhale well;
Listen - be present and listen to what a person who speaks to me have to say. Learn to be patient so that I can see how I can help those I care;
Do not rush through simple task like eating, enjoy the moment, smell the roses, be present even when doing simple routine tasks
Take time - not everything needs to be rushed. Take time to connect to people and those who are important to me. Do one thing at a time and be there, fully.
Be mindful about what I am thinking about. Some thoughts may not help me and I must be able to filter the self-limiting belief and get this negative thoughts out of my mind.
I do not have to do things all the time. In actual fact, I do enjoy doing nothing at times.
I made choices to be mindful.
